Hire your own private country estate in a quiet Derbyshire village, surrounded by 1.5 acres of gardens - Sleeps up to 26 guests, 3 metre cinema room, 12 seat swim spa, billiards/games room, jacuzzi baths, 26 seat dining table, 4 lounges, broadband wireless internet, you use the house like your home for the duration of your stay.

Birthdays - A large, private house which can bring together up to 26 family members or friends to celebrate special birthdays, 16th, 18th, 20th, 21st, 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th, 70th, 80th, 90th or in fact anything in between

Family Get-Togethers - Families are often scattered, but The Grange offers a unique party venue to bring everyone together in comfort and luxury to spend time together for special occasions. The house is perfect for dining, entertaining, relaxing and the area has hundreds of different places to visit (have a look at the house manual).

Stag and Hen Parties - Finding that perfect place for a Stag or Hen weekend can be very difficult, many hotels won't accept bookings, most holiday accommodation is too small - The Grange can accommodate up to 26 overnight guests, it has a swim spa, games room, cinema, tennis court and it's secluded and private.

Reunions - Are you organizing a school or work reunion? The Grange is the perfect place to host your celebration with every facility you could need to make it a really special event.

Vacations - Going on holiday with four or five is easy, but what if you want to get a group of you together... There are very few places to go, and even less in the Midlands of the UK. The Grange is a perfect holiday accommodation - It has beds for up to 26 guests, full self catering facilities, a wide range of things you can do at the house, and hundreds of places within 20 minutes drive that you can visit (have a look at the house manual).

Corporate Events - Have you been asked to arrange something at work - Team building, training, conferences. If everyone wants their own room then The Grange can accommodate up to 10 guests overnight, if sharing is an option then up to 26 guests can stay.
